Blisspire Circle is operated by SC COLOR SPOT SRL, Romania ("we", "us"). We host curated gatherings, retreats and the SpeakDeep evenings. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Name and email address (account, applications, newsletter).
• Phone number (event applications, RSVPs).
• Optional links you choose to share (Instagram, LinkedIn, personal website).
• Messages, motivations and answers you submit through application forms.
• Profile information you add (display name, city, bio, profession, expertise).
• Membership status, event bookings and waiting-list entries.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, IP) collected by our hosting and security providers.

3. Why we collect it

• To review applications and curate each gathering.
• To confirm bookings, attendance and practical details.
• To send invitations, reminders and the occasional editorial letter — only to people who opted in.
• To keep the member directory and community features working for signed-in members.
• To prevent abuse, protect the community and meet our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (newsletter, optional fields), the performance of our agreement with you (bookings, membership) and our legitimate interest in running a safe, well-curated community.

5. How long we keep it

• Application data: up to 24 months after the gathering.
• Account & membership data: while your account is active, plus up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting reasons.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (one click in every email).

6. Who we share data with

We share data only with trusted service providers needed to run the site: our hosting and database provider, our email-delivery provider, and — when payments are introduced — our payment processor. We never sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Write to info@blisspire.eu and we will reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).

8. Unsubscribe & cookies

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. The site uses only the essential cookies needed for sign-in and security — no third-party advertising cookies.

9. Payments

Memberships and event contributions are currently handled privately, by email. If we add online payments in the future, card data will be processed directly by a regulated payment provider — Blisspire Circle will never store full card details.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
