These terms govern your use of the Blisspire Circle website and community, operated by SC COLOR SPOT SRL, Romania. By visiting the site, applying to a gathering, or creating an account you agree to them.

1. The community

Blisspire Circle is a private community curated by application. We reserve the right to accept, defer, or decline any application at our discretion in order to protect the atmosphere of the gatherings.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide truthful information when creating an account, to keep your credentials private, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@blisspire.eu.

3. Gatherings & bookings

Applying to a gathering does not guarantee a place. Confirmed guests receive private logistics by email. Where a contribution is required, payment details are communicated individually. Capacity is limited and seats are non-transferable without our prior agreement.

4. Cancellations & refunds

If you cannot attend a confirmed gathering, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer your seat to someone on the waiting list. Refund terms are communicated alongside the confirmation for each event.

5. Code of conduct

We host gatherings in trust. Discrimination, harassment, recording people without consent, and sharing private conversations publicly are not welcome and may end your participation in the community.

6. Content

All text, images and design on the site belong to SC COLOR SPOT SRL or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.

7. Liability

We organise our gatherings with care, but participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. To the extent allowed by law, SC COLOR SPOT SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in events.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be addressed by the competent courts in Bucharest.
